A BEAUTIFUL AND BUSY SPRING DAY AT THE POND
Now that the weather is warm, nothing motivates me more to go for a long, brisk walk than the thought of the excitement that awaits me at my neighborhood pond! What a busy and beautiful day it was on this particular day: Cormorants enjoying swimming in the swirling, rather green waters in the pond, a hungry Great Blue Heron methodically searching for its lunch, and Papa Swan patiently awaiting the arrival of their cygnets as Mama Swan faithfully continued to sit on their nest!
