As previously mentioned, I will no longer be taking part in any outdoor art events because of all the work that is required in setting up a tent. I will truly miss taking part in Prairie Center for the Arts ‘Prairie Art Festivals’ and Arlington Heights Art Guild’s ‘A Walk in the Park’ art fairs and interacting with all of the kind and encouraging people who came to my booth. 🙁 However, I am more concerned about wearing my family out! As much as I have appreciated all of the help that two of my dear sisters and my sweet daughter gave me by helping me set up my tent and artwork since August of 2022, I feel that it’s time for me to start looking for indoor art fairs that I will be able to do on my own. On that note, I am excited to announce that my application was accepted to take part in an art fair at Acosta’s Quality New & Consigned Furnishings shop in Lake Zurich, IL!!
As soon as other applications that I submit are approved (Lord willing), I will add the information for those art events here on this page. So if you’re interested and live in the Chicago area, stay tuned! 🙂
